Mar Michelle Hausler is a woman of many talents, founder of Give & Take Lab and the creator of the Inkiri social currency (Brazil). After 5 years of living the life of a busy London Financial Trader, she decided to shift gears and dive into a master's in Economics for Transition at Schumacher College. Through her travels and various studies of different modalities and cultures, Mar realized there was a need for a new way of relating to money and our personal purpose. Which sparked the creation of the Me, Myself & Money Workshop methodology, coaching, and an online course. Mar is also launching a training program and game for organizations and schools to inspire people to contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

MY morning practice
I do presence meditation every morning, followed by my yoga practice and some breathing at the end
my purpose
is constantly unfolding and evolving, at the moment it is to work with bringing a new awareness around money, purpose, sustainability and well-being through workshops, trainings and online courses to the world

self-doubt, it’s an on going practice to trust my inner guidance!

this is a whole story….life kept giving me small signs until they became so big i couldn’t ignore them any longer! like i got a big kick :)

to surrender to life and open to the flow
I keep grounded by
going to nature every week, either the ocean or the forest. we have a little garden and i love to walk barefoot daily on the grass!

i finally found my home in Portugal, after years of travelling and searching for a place to settle
